Fund Raising this year

In the Autumn Term we raised £223 for the Lunch Is A Lifeline UNICEF Campaign at the Great Trimdon Bake Sale.

The money from the sale of our Christmas Play programmes - £212 - was donated to Save The Children

We also collected shoe boxes full of Christmas Treats for children in Eastern Europe through the Operation Christmas Child project. Liam and Erin helped to count them !

In the last school year we raised money for:-

 

WaterAid through sponsored bike riding and a bucket of water race

We helped to buy two handpump wells, four new flush toilets, 16 new taps, a training session on Water Hygiene for mothers and babies in Kenya, India, Nepal and in Haiti.

We helped to pay for Christmas Lunches for homeless people in Newcastle and Middlesborough.

Harvest fruits and vegetables for the residents of Craigarran House and The Grange Home.

 

Christmas presents for destitute children in other countries through the Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Appeal.
